Compare the Analysis & Cost Estimation of Multistorey Building with Fast Track Technique

Abstract

The present scenario, especially in metro cities demands rapidly construction to fulfill this fast track techniques is consider to accelerate, overlap or compress schedule has an impact on project predictability in terms of achieving the planned objective (cost and quality). Today Fast track development is quickly developing financially, bring increasing expense and efficient in development can remunerate critical extent of in general development cost. However no research directly address the relationship between fast track and conventional method objective. In this project the comparison between quantities and cost of precast standard member and conventional structural member is concluded. The cost is estimated for precast structure panel and RCC structure are compared with respect to cost and quantities. The precast structure is more economical and easy to construct as compare to conventional method.
