Study the effect of single and double layers of welded mesh & percentages of steel fiber on different sample

Ujjval Pratap Singh, Shakti Kumar

Abstract

Ferrocement is a thin composite structure made a rich mortar mix based on cement with relatively different type of wire mesh. The main objective of this research paper is to constructed a low cost insulation resistance residential building system for urban as well as for ruler development. Ferrocement technologies reduced cost, time and structural load at least 30% to 50%. It is long-lasting and cost-effective due to locally available material and also required availability of  labor. Studying the impact on samples created using single and double layers of welded mesh and various amounts of steel fibre is the primary goal of this investigation.

Keywords;Ferro-cement ,steel fiber, Metallic mesh , Lightweight structure , construction cost and time ,  insulation material, concrete wall panel .
