Abstract

Concrete is a combination substance which has turn into a universal and essential as its intrinsic in character brought an uprising application. Use of concrete in construction lead to construction of surplus desecrate subsequent to destruction of the variety of structures. The waste generated is enormous and uncontrollable. So, in this present research is to verify the potency of concrete with normal aggregate and recycled aggregate in addition to enlarged the strength by using Recron 3-S fiber. In this examination to know the workability, strength characteristics of concrete blend with Recron 3-S fiber in variable proportions 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9% is studied for M30 grade concrete. We have casted cubes and beams with by using normal coarse aggregate with dissimilar proportion of Recron 3-S Fibers blend with weight of fine aggregate. At the same time, we have casted cube and beam with M30 grade of concrete by replacing the natural coarse aggregate with dissimilar proportion of recycled aggregate as 0%, 50% and 100% respectively. The present investigation is to check the workability parameters of M30 grades of concrete with Natural coarse aggregate, recycled aggregate with different % of Recron 3-S fiber. For strength parameters, of concrete for each proportion, cubes and beams of standard sizes are casted and kept curing  for 7days, 14days and 28 days, strength respectively so as to observe the effect on strength parameters and the test results are relatively supportive .
