Abstract

The construction in India is developing at a fast rate of growth. For fast growing population, it is essential to construct more hospital building with lesser cost and lesser time. Reduction in cost of structure can be made by several ways and one such way is to use prefabrication construction techniques. To reduce the overall cost and to reduce the construction time of buildings, prefabricated construction techniques are adopted. In the present-day study, the G+5 predictable and produced building is evaluated and considered. For both structures, the quantities and cost have been estimated and comparison is made for effective construction methodology. The building is evaluated and considered in STAAD Pro software. By using Prefabrication Technology, reduction in cost can be achieved in less time. Construction cost of prefabricated building is slightly more than conventional building. But the construction time required for prefabricated structure is less as compared to conventional structure.
