Analysis of Critical Success Factors for Metro Construction Projects in India

Abstract


Critical success factors pertain to the objectives, principles, and economical performance of the
project. To understand goals and which methods are accustomed to achieve them and also the way to
make efficient its output, these all support designed critical success factor. It is well-known that the
construction management or industries having dynamic nature due to its everywhere dissemination
through technologies and within the developing countries, the construction industry is one altogether
the foremost job creators. Once appropriate critical success factors for projects have been decided, it
becomes understandable to implement and to satisfy the requirement of the project. For each single
construction project within the time of feasibility analysis, it is required to possess the prepared
success factors. During this study, the views of assorted researchers were taken which shows the
critical success factors for the project implementation and project performance. Also, some
questionnaires were presumed, and supporting these questionnaires, remedial measures were
suggested.
